Transformation Formula"

Welcome
to the Life Transformation formula online demonstration. Try
this simple exercise to experience your own mind, as applied
to things you would like to have in your perfect world. You
will need to write, so get some paper and a pen, or open a
blank page in your word processor.
Step
1. Draw a line down the center of the page from top
to bottom.
Step
2. For each of the twelve areas of life shown below,
write a few lines on the left side of the page, that describes
how your life is right now.
Step
3. Now imagine the best reality that you want, even
an extraordinary fantasy reality, for each area. Write that
down, in a few lines, on the right side of the page.
Step
4. Tear the page down the line in the middle, bunch
it up and throw away the left side. Read over the right side.
Enjoy the feelings and ideas that you experience reading this.
Step 5. In the next 72 hours you should experience
a small to large shift in your REAL life. It may be a tangible
experience, like finding a new job, or a shift in your money
or relationships, or it could be a small or large shift in
how you think and feel about yourself, and/or something in
your life. Notice at least one of these shifts, and then write
it down. This will complete the exercise, and allow and invite
your mind to continue following your instructions for a better
life. This final stage, "locks it in". It is very
important to ground your work like this, from time to time,
if you do the exercise repeatedly, go back and write another
"cpr". We call them CPR (counting pure results).
It is how you keep score of your progress with this exercise.
