Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") contains the entire terms and conditions for participation in the Mastery Of Life Books affiliate program ("program"). Mastery Of Life Books is wholly owned and operated by Master Your Life Ltd.

In this agreement, Master Your Life Limited and the web site Mastery Of Life Books are collectively referred to as "Mastery Of Life Books", "we", "We", "Us", "us" or "our", "Our". You are referred to as "affiliate","Affiliate" "applicant","Applicant", "You","you" "your", "Your". (The plural means the singular and the singular means the plural.)

The terms and conditions of this agreement refer to the application of You, the affiliate, to participate in the Mastery Of Life Books affiliate program.

Participation in the program will give you the opportunity to refer customers to Mastery Of Life Books for the purpose of making sales of Mastery Of Life Books products listed on the Mastery Of Life Books web site. You will be paid commissions for any referrals of customers who complete a transaction. The definition of complete a transaction is fully described in part 2 (Commissions) of this agreement.

If you agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, please indicate your acceptance by clicking on the application form link at the bottom of this page. Upon joining this will become a legally binding agreement. Mastery Of Life Books reserves the right to reject any application. All decisions of Mastery Of Life Books are final.

Participation in the Mastery Of Life Books Affiliate Program is FREE and voluntary.

1. Affiliate Site

Mastery Of Life Books will create a unique URL for you upon completion and submission of the affiliate agreement and application form.

2. Commissions

Upon acceptance of your application you will be enrolled in the Mastery Of Life Books affiliate program and will be eligible to earn commissions.

The Mastery Of Life Books affiliate program pays commissions on two levels.

One Level- 50% of the amount paid for each product, before taxes or shipping.

Commission refers to you and the commission you receive on sales you have directly generated.

In the case of a cancelled sale, whatever the reason maybe, the full amount of commission which has already been paid, will be deducted from the following month's affiliate commission.

If there is no subsequent commision payment the affiliate will be invoiced and reimbursement pursued.

If you terminate your affiliate agreement with Mastery Of Life Books any balance of money will be released after a period of 90 days from the termination date.

Affiliates may not purchase product through their own or a sub affiliates link, thereby earning themselves commissions on their own purchases. This is closely monitored to honor the introducing affiliates efforts in promoting Mastery Of Life Books.

You may however choose to purchase product using the affiliate commissions you have earned.

For a sale to generate a commission to an affiliate, the customer must have completed the order form and remitted full payment for the product ordered.

Payments will be paid to the account that you nominated. Failure of the affiliate to retrieve these funds is the responsibility of the affiliate. Affiliates will be notified monthly of the commission amount paid. Notification to the affiliate will be to the email address in the affiliate's details. These details can be accessed and updated by the affiliate through the affiliate control panel. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to keep their personal contact details up to date.

We reserve the right to change affiliate rates of commission at any time, either higher or lower, with notice. We do however fully intend to hold these rates of commission a constant. If however rates change new commission levels will be reflected in ongoing commission payments. New products may attract different rates of commission.

Any tax liability pertaining to commissions paid to an affiliate is the sole responsibility of the affiliate receiving the commission. You are not employed by us, nor are you contracted to us. Yoiu are not entitled to any benefits other than the commissions you earn based on the sales you have made.

3. Payment of Affiliate Commissions

1. All commisions earned are recorded in your affiliate stats as US$.
2. Affiliate payments are paid monthly, on or about the 30th of the month, for commissions earned in the preceding month.
3. Commissions will be paid to the account details supplied in your affiliate application form, unless otherwise agreed with Mastery Of Life Books.
4. Monthly commissions of less than US$200 will be paid by PayPal.
5. Commissions over US$200 can be paid by wire transfer in any currency. All wire transfer costs will be paid by the affiliate. Unless a wire transfer request is made and agreed with Mastery Of Life Books, all monthly affiliate payments will be paid by PayPal
6. Affiliates can choose to accumulate monthly commissions until a total of US$200 or more is reached and then request a wire transfer. Please notify Mastery Of Life Books if you wish to do this.
7. Affiliate commissions can be paid to an affiliate, or an affiliate's business, or an affiliate's company or corporation. Please fill in these details in the affiliate application form.
8. Affiliate commissions will not be paid to any "third party". They must be paid to the affiliate, the affiliate's business, affiliate's company or corporation.
9. Affiliates must obtain a Free PayPal account to be paid.

To be paid by PayPal all that is required is that the affiliate has an email account and a PayPal account.

4. Nature of this Agreement

This agreement is purely for us to give, and you to receive, commission payments on sales generated by referring customers to Mastery Of Life Books through the use of online or offline marketing. Examples of online and offline marketing can be found at the affiliate resource centre and include the use of banners, links, articles, adverts etc. The terms "affiliate", "partner" etc do not imply any formal association with Mastery Of Life Books, and affiliates do not have any rights on our products, trademarks, logos or other property.

The affiliate is permitted to represent Mastery Of Life Books by referring legitimate customers to Mastery Of Life Books through the use of advertising and marketing tools, which we provide in the affiliate resources section of the web site.

Our products must be represented in a professional and positive manner.

There must be no confusion between our organisation and yours.

5. Order Fulfillment

Mastery Of Life Books is solely responsible for processing and delivering customer orders.

6. Customers

Customers who purchase products and services through the Mastery Of Life Books website are deemed to be customers of Mastery Of Life Books. Mastery Of Life Books policies and operating proceedures concerning processing of customers orders and ongoing contact with customers are the responsibility of Mastery Of Life Books. Prices and availability of products may vary from time to time and all affiliates will be notified of any changes by email.

7. Qualifying Sites

Mastery Of Life Books reserves the right to reject any site that it deems to be unsuitable for the marketing of its goods and services.

The following are examples of sites that are unacceptable:

• Any sites with sexually explicit, obscene or pornographic content
• Any discriminatory sites at all.
• Any sites promoting illegal activities, unlawful behaviour etc
• Any sites promoting or using SPAM.
• Any sites promoting copyright, trademark or intellectual property violation

Any affiliates who attempt to market the goods and services of Mastery Of Life Books through sites or methods which are not acceptable to Mastery Of Life Books will have their affiliate agreement immediately terminated and all affiliate commissions will be forfeited.

SPAM is an unacceptable method of marketing our goods and services.

We reserve the right to evaluate your site and terminate affiliate agreements after contact by email. Sites that may be terminated include those that are not positively benefiting Mastery Of Life Books products and profile. Our decision is final. If you are legitimately promoting our products with integrity and in a professional way then this affiliate agreement will be lasting.

8. Customer Tracking

Customers referred by affiliates are tracked by cookies. Cookies are placed on the browser of the customers for a period of 12 months. This tracking occurs when a customer clicks on an affiliates link. Any purchases that the customer subsequently makes are accrued to the affiliate who referred them.

Some web surfers have disabled cookies in their browsers (a very small percentage). We will not be held responsible for any cookie failure that results in a customer's click going unregistered. Allthough it is rare, it can occur. However if you have sufficient evidence that a customer is yours and you have not been paid for the commission please inform us. Sufficient evidence would be an email from that customer using the same email address that they used to order. Once an initial sale for a customer has been credited to your account, we will endevour to make sure that all future sales to that customer are credited to you. This includes any orders by fax or phone.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, data etc. Occasionally the site may be down for maintenance. We will do this in a manner that has the least impact on all affiliates' marketing efforts.

10. Ongoing Communications

We will periodically send out emails, newsletters etc to all affiliates announcing and addressing ideas which may increase sales, introduce new products or describe the processes of existing products. You agree to receive this information and use it at your discretion within the guidelines of the agreement.

By clicking the link you signify that you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the Mastery Of Life Books affiliate program. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than that which is set forth in this agreement.
